Before joining the program, we had a very broad understanding of our customer base. We were trying to serve too many types of clients at once, which made it hard to focus our efforts and measure real progress. The program helped us get clarity by guiding us through proper customer segmentation. More importantly, it gave us the tools and frameworks to narrow it down and define a clear roadmap based on that focus.

2. Which parts of the program had the biggest impact on your business moving forward?

The biggest impact came from learning how to properly define and validate our customer segments. Once we narrowed that down, it became much easier to make decisions, improve our messaging, and align our offerings with what our target customers truly need. This clarity is already showing results in the way we approach sales, partnerships, and even product development.

3. What was your favorite part of the program, and why?

My favorite part was the in-person sessions and meetings. It was very valuable to meet and connect with other founders, learn about their journeys, and understand both the similarities and differences we face as startup leaders. These conversations were honest, inspiring, and often eye-opening. It’s rare to have a space where we can share openly and grow together as founders.

4. How did The Scaling School help you grow or scale your business? Can you share any specific results or improvements?

One of the clearest outcomes is that we’re no longer trying to serve everyone. With our focus sharpened, we’ve already built strong relationships with our newly defined customer segment. As a result, four new companies have started hiring interns from our program. Beyond that, we now have a strong foundation to attract more customers within this segment, and our business feels more structured and scalable than before.
