Our growth program, Scaleup in a Box Kickstart, begins with a growth workshop called “Business Hackathon,” where you will start and complete your first growth plan from day one. You’ll meet other entrepreneurs and gain energy and inspiration. A “Business Hackathon” takes place online, supported by advisors from The Scaling School.

4 weeks of growth work

The Scaleup in a Box Kickstart “Business Hackathon” is followed by two weekly online Work Sessions. During these meetings, you will work on your own growth plan, receive support from The Scaling School, and both give and receive feedback from other participating entrepreneurs.

In the fourth week, at the end of the program, you’ll receive feedback on the growth plan you’ve developed during a Progress Check, where you present your growth plan with key activities.

Self-guided tools

By participating in Scaleup in a Box Kickstart, you gain access to our effective and self-guided growth tool, Customer Segmentation, from The Scaling School. You can start working independently by creating your growth plan using the Customer Segmentation tool.

Then, the growth journey can continue with Market Players, Team Functions, and Scaling Roadmap in the next phase. Once you’ve mastered one tool, the rest becomes easy. The combination of these tools provides a comprehensive view of your entire business!
