Reserve 12 hours in total: The program runs for 4 weeks and takes 12 hours in total during four work sessions, starting with a Business Hackathon and ending with a Progress Check where participants present their growth plan and three main growth actions for the next 3-6 months.
Own Growth Plan: The entire program is delivered so that each team/business works with their own growth plan with the “Scaleup in a Box: Toolkit”
Online Flexibility: The training happens online, and each participating team is provided with their online room so that they can focus on their growth plan.
Get it done together: All participating teams gather during work in a synchronized manner to share their insights and to get and give feedback.
Participants include: Founders, team members, advisors, investors, coaches and even clients. You choose whom to involve for the best insights available.
Continue your progress: Growth work never ends. After Scaleup in a Box Kickstart there is a possibility to participate in our Progress Club, where
we gather two times per month for continuous work and for further feedback.
