What challenges were you facing before joining The Scaling School, and how did the program help you overcome them?

‍- One of our biggest challenges was ensuring that everyone in the team clearly understood their responsibilities, and creating a scaling roadmap we could actually follow. The Scaling School helped us structure this in a clear and pedagogical way, which made a huge difference.

Which parts of the program had the biggest impact on your business moving forward?‍

- The Miro board and the tools provided were incredibly useful, but what really made an impact was the mentorship. Having direct guidance gave us clarity on what to prioritize and how to move forward.

What was your favorite part of the program, and why?

‍- Working inside the Miro board was my favorite. We took the entire company and broke it down piece by piece into an actionable framework. It was the most hands-on and insightful part for us.

How did The Scaling School help you grow or scale your business? Can you share any specific results or improvements?‍

- We now have a much clearer roadmap and a team that knows exactly what to focus on. That alignment is already speeding up our momentum.
